Step One: Open a new canvas (File - New) 150x20. Raster background.. choose a colour for the background.. 16 million colours.
Step Two: Click
your text tool.. Choose your font and font colour.. type your text.
Fonts like Arial and size 10 are best for these kind of blinkies.
Convert to Raster layer.
Step Three: Go to 'View - Grid'.. 'View - Change Grid, Guide & Snap Properties.. horizontal grids = 1 & vertical grids = 1.
Step Four: Press 'Shift + D' to duplicate.. or click 'Windows - Duplicate.. x 2. You should now have three images.
Step Five: Choose
your first blinkie image and zoom in to 600%.. Choose your paint brush
to colour.. Paint brush size 2. Colour the first two squares.. miss
three, carry on the pattern all the way round.
Step Six: Second blinkie image, miss two at the beginning.. colour two.. miss three. Carry on this pattern all the way round.
Step Seven: Third
blinkie image, miss the first four squares. Colour two.. miss three..
colour two.. miss three.. Carry on this pattern all the way round.
Step Eight: Copy
and paste the first blinkie image over into Animation Shop as 'A New
Layer' Copy and paste the second 'After Current Layer' Copy and paste
the third one 'After Current Layer'.
Step Nine: Check.. they should all be in order. Click the animation button to check the animation works.
Step Ten: Save. Animated designs are usually better if saved as a .gif or .png.
